In Bydgoszcz, the policy of supporting investments and entrepreneurs is consistently implemented. The activities of the local government, the availability of office space, as well as the city’s support for investment processes also contribute to the development of Atos, which has been operating on the Polish market since 2000. In the Bydgoszcz office currently work over 4,000 employees, including almost 400 foreigners from all over the world. Our mission is to make a real change in the business of our customers, which we achieve thanks to innovation, the highest quality and supporting the digital transformation of our clients. It is also possible thanks to the launch of the Atos R&D company, where over 600 people are involved in research and development projects, and our ambition is to constantly build and develop this community. IOT projects, a wide range of automation initiatives, the development of decarbonization, Digital Private Cloud, as well as OpenStack and ServiceNow are just some of the technological areas that enrich the digital portfolio of Atos in Bydgoszcz, and in which our organization is a global leader and trendsetter. Atos customers appreciate the competences and potential of the Polish location. The dynamic development of the company is also based on the more and more desirable qualifications of the inhabitants of the entire region. Cooperation with local education institutions resulted in the creation of Atos partner classes at the Electronic Technical High School in Bydgoszcz, and in partnership with the academic community - incl. Bydgoszcz University of Technology, the University of Kazimierz Wielki and Higher School of Economy.

Bydgoszcz is undoubtedly developing. This is confirmed not only by our clients but also contractors and partners that cooperate with us. Bydgoszcz successfully takes advantage of its enormous location and population potential
Bydgoszcz was ranked among the top ten medium-sized European cities in the ‘Investment Acquisition Strategy - FDI Strategy’ category of the ‘European Cities and Regions of the Future 2022/2023’ ranking. Its results were announced during the last real estate fair in Europe - MIPIM. The success in attracting investors is undoubtedly due to the local authorities and the rapidly developing Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Thanks to this, the region successfully takes advantage of its enormous location and population potential - central location in the country, good connections to seaports or the German border, the proximity of international land and water transport corridors, trans-European rail links and access to a skilled workforce. With the influx of investors, demand for modern industrial and warehouse space is growing. In Bydgoszcz, Panattoni has already delivered already 500 000 sqm, and a further 140,000 s qm remains under construction. Moreover, the developer signed the largest lease contract on the warehouse market in 2021 here. In accordance with the agreement Zalando will use a 140,000 sqm BTS facility in the capital of Kujawy in the first half of 2023.
